Construction documents – once the design has been finalized, development of the final plans for pricing, permitting and construction. All work is done to current building codes.
Construction administration. Involves monitoring the project through construction to verify that the work is being perform to the plans and specifications, and that work is being done to all standards.
. Provide `As-built’ plans and elevations of existing structures, to document all current conditions.
Provide written reports for Existing Building Conditions.
